About Us

Newport G.A.A. Club, situated in the North of Tipperary is a dual club, with about 300 juveniles and fielding 20 underage teams and seven teams from U-19 to adult. We are embarking on developing two more pitches to accommodate all the teams including our local camogie and L.G.F.A. teams. Founded in 1886, the club has continued to thrive over 128 years , through the generous support we have received in the past and we are asking for your support once more for this venture. Our club is at the heart of our community; we are fully inclusive and support diversity and kindness throughout. We also believe in having fun and supporting each other in all endeavours.

🚜💨 Ready to cruise around Newport in style? What would YOU do with €50,000? We had u10s community games football on Saturday v Upperchurch. The kids played their hearts out but came up against a strong Upperchurch Drombane GAA team. Thanks to all the parents/supporters that travelled. We would like to congratulate our other recent lotto winner, Adrian Coffey collecting his cheque for €4,600. Thank you so much to all of our volunteers, committee members & coaches who made our juvenile evening such a huge success. Would you take this beaut or the €50k???
